HOW TO PROCESS YOUR ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE:

We kindly request you to carefully review the following details to understand your rights under our policy and the steps required for a smooth return/exchange process.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

For international returns, you are responsible for both shipping and the associated return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. In case of a return, these fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

When returning a product, consider using shipping methods that offer package tracking. Additionally, we recommend insuring your package, as we cannot guarantee the safe delivery of items lost or damaged during transit.

If you need to initiate an exchange or return, please promptly contact our customer service team. Then, proceed to return the item to our address:

  1. On your invoice, specify whether you are requesting an exchange or return.
  2. Securely pack the item(s) and the invoice in a suitable bag or box.
  3. Ensure the product is returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging, including original tags and accessories.

On the airway bill, please include your invoice number and note “Return shipment to Sri Lanka.” Ship the return package to:

OUTLET EXCHANGE:

For your convenience, we accept returns/exchanges of online orders at our retail outlets. To learn more and confirm this service, kindly contact us via online@zip&buttons.lk or call our hotline at 011 2 720 201.

You have the flexibility to exchange for a different size, color, or style. Please note that we do not provide credit notes or gift vouchers in exchange for online returns, and discounted styles are not eligible for exchange.

POLICY:

We offer a 30-day window (for customers outside of Sri Lanka) for refunds or exchanges. If you have any concerns regarding the return process, our customer service team is here to assist you.

Please be aware that a small selection of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, rendering them ineligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

CONDITIONS:

To ensure successful returns/exchanges, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Please note that Zip & Buttons does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend using the most cost-effective shipping option available to you, ensuring that it includes tracking. Retain the tracking number to monitor the return’s progress as it travels back to us.

REFUNDS

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm its arrival and provide notification regarding the approval or disapproval of your return request. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours, following your chosen payment method. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your statement (for credit card purchases). Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution, and it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your credit card account.

Please note that we will refund the delivery charge if the product is incorrect, faulty, or damaged. However, this does not apply to products returned simply due to being unwanted.

Note: Our policies are subject to change by Zip & Buttons’ Management without prior notice to customers. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
