Shipping Policy

ZIP & Buttons offers worldwide shipping by partnering with the local post in your country to complete deliveries.

PROCESSING TIME

Tracking:   Both Priority and Express options include tracking. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. If you have not received any, please email us at online@zip&buttons.lk. Orders placed after noon PST will ship the next business day. Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays, or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.

PAYMENT:

Visa and MasterCard are available for international customers. Grant Tech Holdings (Private) Limited will be displayed as the Merchant of record on the customer’s credit card statements for orders shipped internationally. We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.

IP Detection

Our website uses auto ip recognition and shows the prices in the currency of the customer’s country. This will be shown on the top bar on the right side. (Enter the correct name) You can change to LKR or any other currency by changing the currency widget. When navigating through the checkout pages you will notice that the prices are in LKR (which is our shops default currency) as it’s a limitation in our system.

We will be charging you the accurate total in LKR only via the payment gateway. And your bank will be converting LKR into your currency, according to their current exchange rate.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

MISSING ORDER
If you’re missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of the ship date.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that we have not collected any duties & taxes fees from the customer when placing the order. As we are following Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) method, if there are any charges (Tax/ Duties) relevant to the destination country, it should be paid to the courier upon delivery by the customer
